Some simple guidelines to keep this a positive and inclusive experience for all:
1. Read and participate in blogs (Silence will not be "golden" in this blog universe) .
2. Have fun and help others to have fun.
3. Be open, honest, and respectful (No fangs allowed- from Jon's last book, The Energy Bus" where he references energy vampires "sucking the life out of us").
4. Keep on topic (to maximize our time together).
5. Avoid department and employee names (avoids possible hurt feelings or even defamation).
6. Cite page numbers for quotes or excepts (to give Jon credit and help others find what you are referencing).
Post any other guidelines you feel will be helpful to the group's success together.
